Configuration UI enhancements

Both KDE's central location to configure your machine (KDE Control Center), and application's specific configuration dialogs now have a more modern look and feel. For KDE Control Center, you can now select between the traditional "tree-view" for configuration or the new icon based interface. For application specific configuration such as KEdit's dialogs you simply get the new icon interface (there was only tabs to show items before). Below are a couple screenshots.
